Race Deferral***
Both races can defer to the next year's spring race. There is no deferral to the fall race.
*** There is a fee. Your eligibility race result time and date must meet next year’s eligibility requirements. A limited number of deferrals are available.
Entry Requirements

Must be 18 years or older on your Boston race day to register.

Must meet eligibility requirements in a recent half or full marathon.

Eligibility requirements will be WAIVED for any remaining spots on February 1st for Spring and June 1st for Fall.

Must show an ID with date of birth at packet pickup.

Race maximum finish time: 4 hours 30 minutes.

No refunds, transfers, or attempted sale.
Eligibility Requirements
Runners are eligible to register for the BQ.2 Marathon Races if they meet or beat the times listed below. Requirements are based on your age on Boston race day, not on BQ.2 race day.
